Timothy (Tim) Kirk of Lincoln died on September 23, 1988.
Tim was born in Kearney, NE and was a resident of Lincoln for 35 years. Tim was a U.S. Navy veteran. He worked as an independent insurance agent. Tim was a member of Crestwood Christian Church.
Tim Kirk is survived by his son Jeff of Lincoln; daughter Christin of Lincoln; father Horace V. and stepmother Ruth of Lincoln; sisters Pennie of Rapid City, SD, and Pam Warner of Columbia, MO; sister-in-law Lynne M. Cappell of Texas; former wife Vicki of Lincoln; nieces and nephews.
Services for Tim were held on Tuesday, September 27 at Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 O Street in Lincoln. Lincoln Memorial Park. Visitation at the mortuary from noon on Sunday, September 25 until the services. Memorials to the family.

Jim Moses
Tim and I became close friends in Jr. High. We shared many a beer and laughs together throughout the years. His family was very kind to me and many were the times we "carried on" together. I was with him at the birth of his first child, Jeff. His demons got the best of him, but I will always think of the good times. Jim Moses
